You might have heard of Britney Spears. She’s a pop singer of notable popularity. She’s one of those names where even a mention of it will have you sub-consciously playing Oops!…I Did It AgainToxic, or something of the like in your head. Incessantly. Love or hate her, she’s a seminal figure in contemporary pop music, and her first visit to Hong Kong on June 27 is gonna be a big deal to a lot of people. Also, she’s hardly a prolific tourer these days on the global circuit so it’s fair to say that this may be your one and only chance to see her in Hong Kong. Available tickets will become the stuff of legend within hours of the public batch going live on April 24.

Much-loved British comedian Michael McIntyre’s spot on observational comedy and trademark ability to turn everyday situations into master-classes of human exasperation have struck chords with millions of fans, resolutely cementing him as one of the UK’s most loved and treasured comedy performers today. Good news then that he will make his Hong Kong debut on November 27 & 28 at Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre! Available tickets will likely not be around for too long, so get in now to avoid disappointment!
Summer is here, and that means one thing: festival season! And while Kong Kong may not boast the kind of line-ups you’d expect to see at Coachella or EDC, it definitely tops the lot in terms of location. SummerFest 2017 will be held at the Central Harbourfront, surrounded by a spectacular backdrop of skyscrapers. This family event aims to please mum, dad, and the kids with a wide variety of free public events – from a world-class outdoor sculpture exhibition, to sport and design activities, as well as plenty of live music and entertainment. The festival takes place from the July 13 to August 27, with 25 different events split into 3 categories: Action, Lifestyle and Social. “Action” will run from July 13-24, and include sports activities hosted by Backyard Roots and other organisations. while “Lifestyle” and “Social” will run from August 12-17 and feature yoga and meditation, pop-up markets, music performances, and other cultural activities. Best of all, it’s free, so there’s really no reason not to check it out! Pre-register now to ensure a memorable summer for the whole family!
